"Tried this place for the first time and will never go back. I had a regular manicure done with no color and they charged me $25! What a reap off! Every other place is $3-5 cheaper for the same services! It literally took him 15 min to clean up my nails. Additionally, the place is not clean so was not worth the money at all. No wonder this place was empty when I walked in!"
"They take walk-ins, I called and about 10 minutes later, I was getting my nails done. Amazing work to the staff. This is my go to nail salon from now on."
"Will not be be going back after this last time. Been going since spring, Katie was doing a good job, she left, now I can’t get a proper service. The guy with glasses does a terrible job! Second time I had to go back for repairs. This mani was fixed once already, now it has cracked dip and the nails are snapping off. They keep using shellac too coat instead of dip too coat to save time. But my thought is, they work as chemicals and are not meant to mix with one another. He doesn’t apply dip properly, did this too thin, never asked me to wash my hands, doesn’t brush off all the dust, just applies coats over it, has a huge wart on his thumb and shouldn’t be touching other hands as warts can be contagious. When I asked about he he played dumb. Last time I went in I also had a pedi, before my mani and they had me walk across the filthy floor across the room to get the mani. I asked for the pedi flip flops because the floor was so dirty under the desk. I Wasn’t going to put my feet on the floor. The girl said my toes should be dry put my sneakers on…we’ll that took all the shine from the pedicure. The only one that’s friendly is the guy in charge. The mother can’t even be bothered to smile and be social. They take your money but are not friendly. When I went back to get this mani fixed last week an elderly woman was sitting at a pedi station. Ther service was done , just waiting for someone to pay attention to her and cash her out. I was about to speak up, but finally she asked if she could pay so she could leave. The mom finally helped her, she never sanitized the pedi tub, just rinsed it with water. Why are these people lack The understanding of sanitation and germs. The place is filthy, they don’t pay attention, they’re all On phones and napping in pedicure chairs if not working on an actual Client. How about clean the floor or sanitize your stations ans care what your environment looks like. Even the door when you walk in disgusting and full of dirt. So gross…I’ll no longer be going back, I don’t want to catch something. After the woman got"
"Nice people. Clean environment. But my nails chipped the same day. And my friend's nails chipped the next day. We were both staying in hotels so no chores on which to blame this malfunction."
"Amazing! I went in today to treat myself and was very satisfied with my experience. Definitely recommend."
