"Update: Same day only a few hours after this, I was contacted back by owner. There was a booking error with the site. They are refunding deposit. Very quick reply and very polite about it! :) Original: I was very excited for this appointment. Booked with Ccee during my Vacation week so I can be sure to be there with no kids. Showed up 10 minutes early to my 10:00 confirmed appointment. Door was locked. Waited till 10. No one inside, door still locked. No answer on phone. Went back to my car to look over everything and make sure I was correct on date and time and place. I followed the "get directions" option from my booked appointment and all. I even added to calendar from confirmed appointment. I waited 10 more went back to door. Still locked and nobody inside. I would absolutely love to change my review if someone could reach back out to me to schedule a new one, or at least get my deposit back since I was on time and waiting. Checked in and all hoping someone would rush to door from back? The work looks amazing on all the reviews so I'm hoping to reschedule."
