"I’ve been here four times, the first time Monan did an amazing job. Highly recommend her! Second time, a different tech literally put my tips on crooked! It was pretty bad, she had to take a few off and redo them. Third time I was in a pinch, and decided to give them another try. Another crooked tip experience from the same woman. Today I went back and specifically asked for Monan. She did an excellent job, so this 1 star is not for her. It’s for the fact that they charged me $85 for what has always cost me $60. The breakdown: $60 tip/dip $5 shaping fee….?! $20 ombré fee… which was disclosed to me at the end! I was really upset. No heads up, and I have never had an up charge of 20 dollars for an ombré! Usually it never costs extra at my other nail salons that I frequent, but $20?! And a SHAPING FEE?! I cannot see myself returning. It’s is a shame because Monan was worth staying for. But after this, I’m done. Not to mention the attitude from the other tech who rolled her eyes when I asked why it was $25 more than normal, like that’s a crazy question to ask from someone who’s been here multiple times before. If you go, I highly recommend Monan, she is the best. And definitely have the pricing spelled out before you get absolutely played."

"I have been a long time customer of Bruce Nails, the service there as been lacking. I went to iNail Pro today and was pleasantly surprised! Clean friendly and accommodating for a walk in customer. Happy to say I will be returning"

"I got a basic gel mani for $35. Price is pretty reasonable. One of the nails slightly chipped after a week but that was probably on me. The rest of the nails are still fine and shiny after 10 days, I washed my hair probably four times, did some chores and they've survived, which is good. Things they can do better: more patience. I felt like they rushed everything. They didn’t give me the technician I booked. And the cuticles were not completely cleaned up. My technician put my hands in the led lamp for about 20s and she thought the nails were dried but actually they were not, so she had to fix them. I also think my technician left too much blank at the bottom of the nails. I know she didn't want to mess up and she played safe by leaving some space, however that made my nails look like they were already a few days after a mani…Overall it’s not bad if you don’t have high expectations in nail salons in general. I would give 3.5 stars if I could."

"Never again. I understand that they’re training people but $60 for this is terrible. I’m so sad about it. She’s finished at 4:57 so I wasn’t even able to fix them (they close at 5PM) literally never again."
