"First time customer. Called to make an appointment this morning and asked to come in for 5:30pm for a fill and a manicure. The woman on the phone asked us to try and come closer to 5:15pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and the workers were sleeping in the chairs, open sign on but salon completely empty. She asked us to leave when we came in because she didn't have time. Never again."
