"I originally went for the Chinese Head Spa that was awesome and decided to go to them for my nails. I had a dip manicure that started to chip off within 2 days. I went back and they redid it. It was ok. Then I went for a gel manicure and asked to have my oval nails shaped more almond and was told there was a charge for that! To file my nails?! Within a few days I noticed areas of gel that were worn away. I won't go back."
"Went here today for my birthday to get the Head Spa treatment. Left the salon with wet MATTED TANGLED hair, the lady was ripping my hair out as she was trying to detangle it for hours. Was supposed to get a hand treatment and pedicure, left with neither.. Ended up calling my cousin who is a hairdresser and had her detangle my hair the CORRECT way instead of pulling the knots apart with your hands. Do not recommend to anyone who has blonde, dyed, thick hair. This service is NOT for you. They were totally unapologetic and blamed my head full of knots on having "dry unhealthy" hair. Common sense would be to STOP SERVICES IF YOU SEE YOUR CLIENTS HAIR IS GETTING BEYOND TANGLED. DO NOT GO HERE!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"
