"Ideal nail and spa is AMAZING for pedicures and they always did my acrylics perfect, however for some reason their gel doesn’t seem to last even a week :/ now that I’ve switched over to gel manicures instead of tips and dip, I won’t be able to go there anymore since it doesn’t seem to last as long as I’d like. Maybe it’s their LED machines.. not sure but it stinks because they’re so good at everything Else. Just need to step up the gel game!"

"I had a very negative experience here. I came for a gel manicure and during the prep process I asked my technician to file my nail a little more as it was pointing to the side. After requesting the same nail be fixed twice, my technician stood up and left without saying anything and someone else finished the job. She then returned at the end to collect her tip! My cuticles look very rough after this manicure and the service did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend."

"I can not even express how angry I am. I went in today to get my eyebrows waxed. I usually do it, but decided to treat myself. The woman waxed half of my eyebrow off on the left side and they are as thin as spaghetti as well as incredibly uneven. I am mortified to go in public, I can not believe she waxed my eyebrows like this. There is no way to fix this screw up until they fully grow out again. I will NEVER come back here, and I highly encourage no one to get waxed here. I should get a refund for how bad of a job she did. Wow!"

"This salon is about the only consistent salon I've visited in the area. Every time I visit I receive high quality services. I've enjoyed manicures, pedicures, gel manicures and dip manicures and have been satisfied with all of my treatments. The salon is clean and the staff is always courteous and friendly. I generally "walk in". The staff is always accommodating. I highly recommend this salon."

"I usually have a great experience here, I am not sure what happened today. My nails are nothing like I asked for and she cut my finger. My cuticles are a mess and part of my cuticles are stained black. I asked her several times to do things differently and she gave me excuses as to why she couldn't. I've been home an hour and I already have a mark on one of my nails. I've been coming here for months with no issues."
