"I stopped coming here after the new ownership due their quality of service going from excellent to poor. My nail technician moved to Florida and thought its been a while since and after reading mostly positive reviews; I figured I’ll give them another try. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early, checked in, picked my color, waited approximately 30 minutes. The owner has me seat at a pedi chair, 15 minutes later someone comes to remove the gel of my toes, dip of my fingers nails, approximately another 15 minutes later nail tech Kelly comes. She rushes my pedi, cutting me and hurting me twice.. mind you I don’t have ingrown nails nor calluses. Now for the dip, she filled every single nail crooked and shape was off. I remember Kelly from over 6 years ago when I use to go there, she’s an experienced nail technician should know better to focus on the client in front of her.. instead of constantly looking around her for the next client coming in. I understand that they have clients back to back and don’t mind waiting even when having an appointment if I’m going to get quality service. Their prices are higher than other nail spas in the area and feel service should much their prices! Google reviews aren’t always what they seem!"

"5 elements skin and nail spa is my NEW place to go to from now on, I had an appointment and got there a bit early, but they kindly had me check in, picked a nail color and had me seated to wait, and were very professional, the atmosphere was zen, and the place looks amazing, also they updated me on how long it would be till I got called next to get my nails done, and the nail tech was kind, and love how she worked. Definitely recommend going there!!!"

"Came last Saturday. I had deep powder with tip. I was happy at first but I kinda don’t like it. My nails look wide so I called today to see if they can fix it. after I was told that I could just walk in and they’ll fix it for me. I go in and was told they don’t have time right now to fix it that they short in staff. I told the lady, I just called and the guy told me to walk in. Then later on the guy called me and apologized. So I was able to get nails fixed. Feeling better."
