"I have been seeing Tracey for a little over 6 months now. I always call to make an appointment first specifically with Tracey. She is wonderful. She always talks to me and makes me feel welcome. She does a really good job on my nails and if I ever need them fixed, I call and Tracey always fixes without charge. She provides great customer service. Always asks or gives water and she also gives hand and back massage with manicures. I would totally recommend her to others. Definitely give her a try!"

"I have been coming to Queen Nails for about a year. The owner Jenny does an amazing job. I always get so many compliments from my peers of how great my dip manicures look. My nails last between 3-5 weeks without chipping. Everyone is very professional and nice. I recommend to everyone to come here for a great manicure and pedicure!!"

The tech didn’t speak to her or answer her questions, but they love laughing continuously with their coworkers, which is incredibly unprofessional. Take your money and businesses elsewhere because they don’t deserve it."

"First of all the first time I went they did a decent job then two weeks later I went to go get a refill. They put a technician on my nails didn't know how to do nails when I called them over the phone. I asked him where they able to do designs they told me yes when I got there they told me they can only do a color now if I knew this, I would've went somewhere else that's misleading a customer. Then she's like oh did you come here last time? I don't think you came here. Yeah I did come here. They were rude because the fact is I was very unsatisfied and we are shaping pointy nails you're supposed to go hard on the Neil she's doing it very lightly so they're not shaped right only thing I liked about the Was the lady who did my eyebrows, a waste of money, and my nails fell off six days later nails are supposed to last two weeks. Next time I will not be repeating and taking my business elsewhere. Get some customer service. It's like you're robbing people for their money. I understand you were busy, but why put somebody on peoples nails who doesn't know what they're doing like honestly, you can very much lose your business. That way you need to not do that, and I'm very unhappy and I will never come here again. I come here all the time when I'm in town you lost a good customer get your skills together ladies"
