Reviews of Beauty Nails
"Everybody here is wonderful but ask for Kim or Chloe and you’ll be coming back every time. Kim is kindest, most patient and meticulous. The 5 stars are for you Kim, thank you!"
"T is amazing! My first time at the salon and her was incredibly friendly, kind, and great to talk to. He did a simple Christmas design on a do manicure and it was perfect. He was meticulous with the details and made sure to have my length and shape just right. I will definitely be going back thanks to him!"
"Before I go further this was my first and only experience at this establishment, and it was only one nail tech. The rest of the ladies were very kind, and sweet and did a great job on my mother, and other customers. I am so upset and disappointed. I asked for a full acrylic set, gel, medium length nails, almond shaped and the nail tech that did my nails went shorter on accident and didn’t fix her mistake. For almond shapes you need to give it room so it doesn’t cut into your skin/look awkward. I politely asked for her to either lengthen them or to fix the shape, make them pointier (they look like circles but not flattering) I was so surprised how bad the nail job was, like this was probably the worst acrylic set I’ve ever gotten. She was rushing to finish my nails with no care whatsoever if I was satisfied or what it looked like. When she finished the acrylic dip before the color, I mentioned to her one more time that I wanted it pointier (as before looked like circles) and not only did she make the shape on all of my fingers mismatched, she filed so hard with both the hand filer and electric filer that it cut four of my fingers to the point of them bleeding. (She saw the blood, and saw me wince in pain multiple times and paused but didn’t do anything or apologize.) She wiped polish remover on it before putting on the color and it was so painful that I cried for a few minutes. Not only was I frustrated we payed for something that ended up being $45….i came home so upset that my time was wasted. I’m going to college with these nails this weekend. I take pride in my nails. They usually make me feel elegant and pretty. Not this time. It looks like a poorly done manicure, and not even worth getting acrylics at that point. It was so short, that it was shorter than my natural nail. (Which I didn’t ask for) and I would hate to make it about prejudice, but this specific nail tech treated me differently than her previous client (white woman) which she messed up on as well but gave her the nails for free. If you’re wondering, I do recommend going; just being careful as to which nail tech you chose. Take my experience as a rare occurrence, and with a grain of salt. The other ladies were really sweet and great at their jobs. If you’re wondering if the red on my fingers is nail polish, it’s not. It’s blood."
"I'm going down to a 3 rating. Paid 80 for a full set my daughters fell off within the 2 weeks. I had a full with french tips the white started chipping the 2nd day. Nice work just bad quality product"
"Always love the outcome of my nails here but recently it's become very hard to get an appointment! A few weeks ago I tried to call to get a set of acrylics done midday on a Tuesday and no one answered the phone. Tried a few more times and still no answer. I tried again the next day at a different time and no answer again. I called the phone number I always use, definitely during service hours. I actually ended up going to a different salon. Would've loved an appointment but just didn't get an answer on the phone"
