"Amazing experience! Loved my pedicure with Jessica! I’m on my feet all day for work so she had her work cut out for her. She resolved my ingrown toenail situation without any pain. I left with my feet feeling better than ever (and pretty too). Also, loved my full set of nails! Lovely atmosphere, relaxing, clean , professional, friendly and updated. I highly recommend!"

"This was the second time I’ve gone to polished since they changed owners.. the first time wasn’t bad but today I left in tears. There was only one other person in the salon when I went to get a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure itself was ok.. the nails don’t look that great and the color is a blush instead of the white I requested. An older gentlemen did my full set and I ripped them off on the car ride home. I initially asked for long coffin and he immediately cut the nails too short. Then proceeded to shape them almond and I had to explain to him that the coffin is thinner but square on top. Towards the end he started cutting around my thumb to get the excess glue off and he nicked my finger to the point that it started bleeding, when I yelped he told me to “shhh”, no apology. I left with short and lumpy nails and even so I tipped him and the woman who did my pedicure. Unfortunately I am a very anxious person by nature and do not like to complain so that prevented me from expressing how upset I was. I do not expect a discount or money back but I won’t be giving them another shot."

"I'm literally writing this while I'm still in the pedicure chair. Phenomenal, thorough and comfortable experience from top to bottom. This place is spotless and a deeply relaxing environment with no horrid chemical smells."

"The manager was very rude . Not answering properly. She did not even cut or clean the nails before applying the extensions. This is one of worst places to get nails. Not the best for the money you pay. While filing she scraped my skin too and when I asked to slow down, she started arguing. I have got done better nails than this. For 48$ I was not satisfied with the pathetic customer service"

"Not the best place they didn’t change the towel after the person before me left. So I just sat there with another persons nail clippings on the towel I was putting my hands on. Also they did a sloppy job of doing dip powder nails as you can see in my photos. Also they didn’t give me lotion after they did my nails. Every nail salon I’ve been to gave me lotion. You can see on my photos that after I washed with soap the nail powder on my SKIN did not wash off and they didn’t even clean under my nails. On top of that they were really expensive"
