"I am so sad that I found this hidden gem so late!! The atmosphere here is so welcoming. The technicians are so talented I love them! Great service, clean nails, amazing designs and they take their time with you to make sure you’re satisfied. Definitely booking as many appointments as I can before I move."
"Amazing salon all around but Izzy is top-tier awesome!! From the attention to detail and design every time I go in, and to the knowledge she has about what would best suit my lifestyle I could never go to anyone else! An added bonus to going to Lovella is Izzy and Maegen make me laugh the entire time I’m there. The whole salon is kind, fun, and clean! Pic below is my latest set for Xmas!"
"Sam is an incredible nail artist, who is so patient and informative with her skill. She truly makes sure you get the nails YOU want instead of trying to convince you into something easier to rush. All the girls are so talented and sweet, and they’re always expanding the services they offer, which makes it a one stop shop. The prices are better than anywhere I’ve tried in the area for the quality and consistency."
"I came here twice, and neither time was my manicure great. The first time, a nail tech that no longer works there, did my nails. I liked her vibe but one of my structured nails broke the next day. I didn't care enough to go back and have it fixed since I can do it at home. The second time was maybe 6mo later. The nail tech that helped me was friendly, but grieving so was kind of all over the place. She filed my color and gel off with no fan/filter, didn't brush off the area/my nails well, so when she started applying builder gel, it was grainy and yucky. I ended up cutting the service short and paying her for her time. I wanted to give lots of compassion for the experience because obviously these are humans we're talking about. But if I'm honest, I left disappointed after both of my visits. The ladies here are friendly and, at least for me, very much give the, "we're hanging out and doing nails" vibe, which can be a lot of fun."
