"Made to order pastel! Also great coxinha! And the best acai bowl in town! Edit: The girl that works the register with red hair needs to read this. She always has a bad face on, never says Thank you. I tipped her anyway because she must be very sad. Everyone else is friendly."
"I love love loved their açai bowls !!!!!! i went to boston on a little holibobs and now i’m back home and craving ki sabor’s açai so much :( pls send me some"
"I want to begin by saying that the baked goods I bought were absolutely delicious and I would have given a 5 star review on that alone. That being said it was the customer service that was horrible. I do not speak Portuguese and I understand it's a Portuguese bakery but the girl behind the counter seemed to have no idea what I was asking for even though I was able to point to the items I wanted. She rolled her eyes and had little patience with me. Thankfully there was a customer in line behind me who helped me and spoke to the girl working in Portuguese so I was appreciative of that. I would think that the owner would make it a bit easier perhaps for people who don't speak Portuguese. Because I would happily visit there often but under the circumstances I will not be back. Perhaps having a menu in English would help helps draw new customers."
"I have to say that I haven’t tried their pastries yet. But I felt badly treated by the staff because they didn’t understand my accent, and they spoke to me as I was stupid. I understood them perfectly, they didn’t need to talk me as a child, slowly and with condescending."
"Second time here ! Friendly smiles! Good pastries :)) Coffee can be better :)"
