"I order at this Burger King location. I really like this location, but every now and then you encounter someone who can't speak English. I can't believe this. I know job applications ask if you speak and read English. It's exhausting these days trying to communicate for good service."

"Recently renovated! Clean building and cozy interior. Lots of parking spot and quick drive thru! Make sure to double check your order, the staff forgot parts of my order twice on this BK location!"

"Terrible service in this place I put my glass of soda so I could go to the bathroom and a man saying that it had been stolen from me when I told him to check my ticket he refused to check it he was racist I paid for my food and my soda the only thing I missed having been done was to review my order and not tell me anything, they thought I didn't have enough money to pay for a glass of soda or they simply discriminated against me because of my appearance."

"Very busy at 1:15 pm on a Tuesday but the staff (and manager) are extremely professional and nice with quick service even during the lunch rush. Consistently made double cheeseburgers (I had 3). The entire building appears to be relatively new. I regularly saw someone moping the floor in high traffic areas to keep the place clean. I’ll be back if here again on business."

"They are renovating the BK in Chelsea, so there is no seating presently that I noticed. Food is always hot and fresh. We usually have breakfast coupons and jr wopper meal coupons. Those coupons save a lot of money. We haven't had any lately, but we are hoping they will soon."
