"The staff suck. Every time I go there, there's nobody at the front counter for almost 10 minutes at a time. And on top of that the service is really slow, last time i was there i waited 15+ minutes for a single taco"
"I was there for over 40 minutes, only 1 person making food and for drive thru only. There were 19 people at the front counter waiting for their food, the whole time I was there only 1 person got its food, there is no option to cancel after placing order online, I just left like many others, they can keep my food."
"The manager here is extremely rude. Insisted that I had not been waiting an hour for an order when my phone clearly showed the order placed one hour ago. Then the employees joined along and thought it was funny that I wanted to speak to the manager (the one who was rude) because they knew I wasn’t going to be helped. I can understand long wait times, but this is crazy for fast food. They need new management!"

"burrittos always tastes different in here . either there is no sauce or too much sauce sometimes burnt burrito. i got chicken and beef burrito today chicked had no sauce and beef one didint have any beef inside they just put cheese rice and some sauce lol(picture)."
