"I got soft gel nail manicure and the nails are chipped off in a week and despite that I went there second time after booking appointment over phone between 4:30-5pm and reached therr around 4:45pm. The entire 3 staff working there are sitting idle doing nothing and they rejected doing my nails saying that my appointment was for 4:30 and we will not do any service. VERY RUDE STAFF AND REJECTED SERVICE EVEN WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE SINGLE CUSTOMER. For your reply where you said never done nails check for camera on November 18th between 5-7, where 2 of us me and a friend and came to get nails done and where you demanded for a tip to your poor and didnot accepted till we wrote $10 when we gave a$5 tip. You never got satisfaction on the tip from customers as well I never wanted to mention that but due to your false response I had to. Never ask for tips and take what customers pays and attached was done from you on your recommendation 0 is the rating"

"Definitely one of the best manicure/pedicure experiences I’ve ever had! I got the lavender pedicure and a dip manicure. I stupidly wrecked my pedicure while walking to get my nails done and they took their time to fix it-totally my fault and they were so accommodating and kind. Safe to say I found my new nail spot! 10/10 recommend"
