"If I could leave a zero star I would I have never had to walk out of a salon before but today I did. I went in very simple pedicure, and after an hour of the lady, cutting and filing and cutting some more I had to get up and leave The lady cut parts of my nails that did not need to be cut, she cut them crooked and then cut my skin with the file. I went in with my Toenails long enough to be able to get shaped to a beautiful square, but instead, I had to get up and leave without a pedicure not only could I not get them done there? I could not go anywhere else to get them done because it would literally be a waste of money. They would’ve turned out even worse. I’m very sure I could’ve done better at home but that’s not what I went to the salon for. I’m not sure if she was new or was the fact that she was too distracted to pay attention to what she was doing but either way, it’s hands-down, the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon"
