Totto Ramen

"I've been to Totto over a dozen times and I'm glad it's in Assembly. It's a great place to go in the Summer during rainy days or in winter when it's cold and snowing. Definitely comfort food but honestly go whenever, it won't disappoint. The food is moderately priced but a bit expensive for what it is (two people with drinks can easily get up to $60+). They just changed their menu so the bowls are a bit different but still familiar. Add on options are still really good and the pulled pork is a great sub. I've never had a bad server but it always feels like they could have one more. There's upwards of 20+ tables and if you're not waiting to be seated, you're waiting to put your order in, get your food or just get the check. I don't put any of this on the servers because they always do a great job, it just always seems like too much to handle for two people. Atmosphere is nice but a bit cramped and can sometimes be super loud. Be ready to ease drop as the tables are pretty close to each other. If you're looking for romance, maybe pick off hours or early dinner. The bar is nice as it's a bit separate and the cooks just hand you the food. Outside is nice but can be cold and windy as it's Assembly."

"My first time at Totto Ramen. My girlfriend and I had several items: Pork Bun: Excellent Fried Chicken Bun: Excellent Onigiri: Okay Curry Ramen: Excellent Paitan Ramen: Excellent It was some of the best Ramen ive ever had. Totto is small - but the service is good and the food comes out quickly. I recommend giving it a shot."

"We had veg ramen, it was tasty and the serving size was huge. We got some leftovers back and had it for lunch next day. It's a little bit pricy but 1 bowl serves you for two meals. The gyoza was decent. You can ask them to make your bowl spicy if needed. We got our ramen spiced up and it was yummy."

"We went here for dinner on the evening of 7/16/2023. I wish I could give a zero star. Both of us vomited and had diarrhea after midnight, we could sleep until 3am and had to take a day off. The food was not fresh. pork/chashu in the ramen was extremely hard and dry, I felt like I was eating wood. Fried squid tasted weird, it was probably frozen for a long time. We had sweetgreen for lunch and did not have any other suspicious food the entire day, so it would be the only cause. I will not recommend this place to anyone."
