"If I can give zero star I would. We here today to eat with group of friends. before we ordered I asked the waitress can I use the coupon I got through my email but the coupon says Brockton location, she said she will double check with the manager. So few moments later she came back she said it’s ok. So after the dinner when the bill comes out, they scan the coupon and it doesnt’t work. Waitress speaks to the manager (Kevin) and he says he can’t use that coupon it’s for a different location. We informed him that we asked about the coupon before ordering our foods, and insist that there’s nothing he can do. He says he assume it was for his location, but we informed in the beginning it’s for a different location, can it still be valid. After we told him we would not be paying for the difference, he went to another manager who agreed to make the change. Why the hassle and headache and argue with the customer when we were right from the beginning. He’s name is Kevin, Idk how he got the manager position if he doesn’t know how to manage and deal with customers."

"I ordered cactus blossom and tater skins for appetizers, ribeye for main meals. Those were delicious. Especially, the steak was tender and juicy. My family and I enjoyed our time at here. I definitely will visit again soon. Don’t forget to make a reservation first. You will save a lot of time of waiting!"

"Pretty disappointed with the service here. They are too busy to care about you. Waiting time was horrible because we had to wait even after getting the text that we could get a table. They even got my order wrong. I ordered the sirloin while my friend ordered the new york strip and somehow our orders got switched. The bill had it right so the kitchen must have mixed our orders up. Also, if you have kids, be careful not to let them click on the ziosk "game", they are not free. I do love the bread served when you enter as well as the chili side that we ordered."

"Good steaks always. We ordered Prime Rib, Ribeye and New York steaks. The order taker was a lousy young female, just not friendly at all. Other staffs were great."
