"Inattentive service. We saw multiple servers running drinks to their sections even when it was real busy but our server wasn’t really bothered to ring in the orders in after taking our orders. Instead he said the bar was closed and even if we put an order in ~20 minutes ago, it didn’t matter. To add to this, the pineapple juice we ordered to go was missing a good portion. We asked the server about it, he said they ran out of the product but distill charged us for a full cup. The food is usually alright, but the servers could do a much better job in looking after their tables."
"The people serving real nice, that did not make up for the food being incredibly average and way over portioned. Inside the booths and the general atmosphere was okay, and the pricing was pretty good. I came here to try a typical American chain restaurant, as I just wanted to be able to say that I did it. And I did, and it was not worth it."
