"30 Dollars for a sad sandwich, some ornery bread and some reliquefied cheese. I wouldn't be so upset if this weren't the sixth or seventh time I'd left this place with a severe dissatisfaction. But the nerve to send me from one end of the store to the other for a simple order just left my blood boiling. I hope I've learned my lesson."
"Im convinced that when they see my name they mess up my order or I have very bad luck with this company.. There hasn’t been an order they dont screw up! I am done with panera, they always mess up my order and im not paying for a salad or sandwich to be made their way. If you purchase from them, always look at the item before walking/driving away. There will be something missing on it for sure! Very disappointed"

"Considering this was the only bakery 2 steps away from our hotel, we got curious & gave it a shot: and I guess we were in luck - service was ok both days we had breakfast there. On the first day it really took a while till we got the bagels (we were told they had some trouble in the kitchen), but on the second day we just ordered "to go" and they stepped on it - & the sandwiches were fine - maybe a bit too small (according to my husband). What I particularly liked: the delicious muffins!"
