"I had an appt at 4:30 with a friend, she waited for a half hour until the person was finishing up another customer. I waited 40 mins for my pedicure to start, I heard the women getting a manicure thanking them for ‘fitting her in’, while I waited for my appointment.. We didn’t have that much time to waste so I just asked for a color change.the women charged my $20 for a simple color change, no apology for making me wait. How can it cost $20 a color change and $35 for the whole pedicure. I called to talk with the owner and asked what his name was and the person on the other end hung up on me. I will never visit this establishment again."
