"Me and my grandma went and had the worst experience. The whole time we were there they didn’t talk to us and talked to each other (with out us knowing what they’re saying) then laughing and it seemed not right. A manicure and pedicure lasted less then an hour there was no customers, yet they still had the need to rush us out. On top of that the only question I got asked was something very inappropriate and something a nail tech should never ask someone to the point where I wanted to leave right then and there because I felt so uncomfortable. The prices for the quality of the job is not good whatsoever and the nail polish starts chipping within not even 24 hours wouldn’t recommend, waste of money"

"I have to disagree with Linda H's updated google review there's always two sides to every story! I am pretty sure if you are an employee in a personal care business be it a hair stylist,manicurist, or any business really and you decide to open your own business which is the same type of business literally down the street from your current employer which is direct competition with your current employer they are not going to be happy and yes! they are going to let you go. (What would you expect especially since you were keeping it a secret )To prevent you from stealing clients! Its not personal its business!! As for Hung and everyone else at nails 2000 I have never in the 5 years or more going there ever witness any of them be rude to anyone. I love going there and seeing everyone! they are all very welcoming and interested in me how I am doing, etc and my mani/ pedis always look great!! I receive many compliments on my nails on a daily basis on how they like my color or the design. If there is a problem all i have to do is either walk in or call and they will fix the issues at no cost to me! I think its the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to they are constantly wiping their work stations down GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WONT REGRET IT!!"

"After a pretty bad experience at the 'new place' on DW Highway, I was thrilled with the work at Nails 2000. Not only were they able to repair what the 'other place' did, but were able to do the design/colors I wanted. The entire staff was amazing and I will be returning again, and again!"
