"I have been here before and every time I get my nails done, they come out better than the last. Today I had Kai for a second time and he did a new design that I LOVE with different colors. "Salon had nice decor, but let me tell you that having my nails chip the very next day was ridiculous. I left for vacation the next afternoon and there was no time to go get anything fixed. A gel manicure should not be chipping, especially the very next day. I was in a crunch with my daughter and figured, we'd give this new salon a try since it was close to work and had good reviews. Never again. Such a huge disappointment. Getting your nails done anywhere is expensive these days but then to have this quality is a joke..... I literally peeled the gel off my nails at the 4 day mark because of how disgusting they looked. The photos I attached are day 2."

"when i came in the man at the front was very welcoming and very helpful with finding the color i was looking for. however, i cant say the same for the man who did my nails. i started off with a girl doing my nails and she was using the regular curled acrylic tips. but when the man came over he gave her the ones for stiletto nails. and when he walked away she then switched back to the wrong tips when he wasn’t looking. she looked like she had no idea what she was doing and the shape was looking awful. the man then came over and took her place after she did my right hand and then he did my left hand a completely different way then my other one. so my nails were all pointing different directions. the entire process was extremely rushed and every time i tried to tell him that something was crooked or looked wrong he dismissed me completely and told me that everything was perfect and straight even though they werent at all. not to mention he was doing the same thing to the girl sitting next to me and even told her that she would have to drive 30 minutes back to the shop the next day to fix the mistake that he made because he didnt want to do it. i understand you can be tired at the end of the night but when you are charging $75 for some plain colored acrylics you can at least put some thought into making sure your customers are leaving with quality work. also one of my nails broke right in half the very next day and i barely touched it. and the polish is chipping on almost all my nails. i really don’t understand how you can show beautiful stiletto nails on your website and let a customer leave with stiletto nails that look this bad. :( (the pictures i put in are how my nails look three days after getting them done)"
