"Kim knocked it out of the park, as always. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 30 years on and off, and she without a doubt has done the best nails I’ve ever seen. She is gentle with the drill, yet extremely quick. I’m in and out in 30 minutes for a fill with gel polish and design. The new salon is very clean and in a great location. Also had one of the best pedi’s I’ve ever had today with Mindy."

"I went to Kim before I moved to Massachusetts and she did an amazing job every time with attention to detail. I was in the area Friday (9/22) and decided to get my nails done again. Since she moved locations, the service felt rushed & as if they were just trying to get you out, I didn’t get lotion and I had to ask for cuticle oil. Not even 3 days later my acrylics started to lift and crack off- something that has never happened to me with a full set before and I have been getting my nails done for a long time. I came in today, not even a week later (9/28) to get them fixed. After waiting 20 minutes for my 6pm appointment (that I requested to be with Kim), one lady starts to remove the current polish. I proceeded to wait another five minutes before Kim fixed the acrylic, and after she sent me to a third lady to paint my nails. She told me she was charging $15 despite the $70 I had paid less than a week ago when it was clearly an error on her part. To top it off, there is a hair cured into my ring finger nail and when I brought it to their attention they pretended not to see it and then asked me if I wanted to sit for another twenty minutes to get it fixed. Will definitely not be coming back to this salon- Pro Nails on DW highway does a better job. If you want your clients to treat you well you should be treating them well- do better!"

"I have been going to The Nail Loft since about a month after they opened and I have never left disappointed or less than extremely obsessed with my nails! The Owner Kim and her staff always make you feel welcome and never rushed!!! My husband and daughter have a huge race at a speed way this weekend and Kim absolutely knocked the vision I had for my mail design out of the park!!! Completely in love with them"

Kim is the best nail artist I have been to, hands down. I went to her after trying another salon in the area that did a terrible job and Kim was able to fix what was done. She’s been able to look at any picture and recreate exactly what I’ve been looking for! She’ll also give ideas on how to make it look better or even come up with ideas on the spot - she’s amazing! Best pedicures in the area as well!"
