"Went to have a fill done. When I entered and stated I needed a fill they all proceeded to look at my nails and talk amongst themselves about how I was missing a nail. After 5 minutes of awkwardly standing there with this going on I asked if they needed me to come back. They said no they could do it. I was then charged $65. I asked for a basic powder fill. Not only did the tech burn my nails repeatedly my fingers have all cuts around them from her. Also I needed a nail replaced which was put on completely crooked and thick from acrylic being caked on and left underneath it. The whole service took well over an hour. I will not be going back and do not recommend pictures included."

"People were nice but nails broke instantly and I did a full set with them. When I broke a nail a day after the fill, they couldn't find the polish they had used, BUT they fixed it for free so again, people are very nice, easy to deal with. Overall issue just the poor quality in lasting nails. Three nails broke in four days."

"I go to Royal Nails frequently. I have found that my nails are very rarely chip like I have found at other places. They do an excellent job. I went today and had a lovely gel manicure with LILI. She also gave me a phenomenal massage. I was so relaxed that I literally started to fall asleep in the chair. Of course I went home and took a nap. I highly recommend this place."
