"The wait… google estimated 15 minutes but their geofence must have been off. We arrive at 12:18 on a Sunday and waited 1 hour for a group of 2 from the closest black lamp post. They don’t take names and check group sizes as you get near the front of the line. Once inside we waited 10 minutes to put our order in but the food then came out very promptly. Turkish coffee was strong, bitter with grounds. It’s probably the only thing I wouldn’t order again. Tried the baklava pancakes and they were delicious albeit very sweet. They’re an extra buttery pancake topped with honey, baklava bits and pistachio with a buttery baklava syrup. I wanted a little more savory and got the side of home fries which I highly recommend and ham. Fantastic food, great value and good service."

"The Jerusalem omelette and the baklava pancakes are delicious. And the staff is extremely nice. It is super popular so some tips for getting in: 1) try to get there early as the lines can get pretty long 2) if you go by yourself you might need to wait a bit longer for a smaller table, but this is understandable and only added 10 minutes for me 3) it’s cash only. Definitely worth the wait!"

"Waited an hour in the rain to try their food and it was worth it! The inside of the restaurant was filled with personality and history, and the food was fast and tasty. We got the matcha pancakes and baklava pancakes, with a to-go order of veggie curry. Will definitely be stopping by again!"
