"I highly recommend Jolie Nails! They were able to accommodate my walk in appointment right away. The entire team was extremely friendly. Vivian did a fantastic job on my nails. For reference, I had powder dip and tips. The salon was clean and well kept, and they had tons of colors to choose from. I will definitely being going back!"

"i’ve never felt worse after leaving a nail salon before than this. not only did my middle finger nail BREAK right after i got home but i had an appointment to get my nails done and they took someone before me so i had to get a pedicure and by the time i was done that they took someone again so i had to wait again! spent four hours there!! the nails are too thick glued on crooked and bumpy. it is nice inside and the pedicure was a positive experience but not enough to ever go back."

"The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable and calming, and from the minute you walk in you’re treated like everyone is happy to see you. I’ve never really gotten my nails done regularly, but I love it here so much I think I’m a convert! Truly a hidden gem in Holden."

"Disappointed. Took my daughter (4 years old) for her first mommy and me mani pedis. She picked out a pale sparkly pink. When we were in the chairs the woman said the polish was all clumpy so she’d grab a similar color. She came back with a darker shade of pink- not a big deal- but I asked if it was sparkly and she said yes. It wasn’t. Again, not a huge deal, even though she really should have gotten what she wanted. I wasn’t able to find another sparkly color because my feet were already in the basin. Then she scolded my daughter for using her hands to brush her hair out of her eyes and she had to redo a nail or two, and made her cry. I was supposed to also get a manicure but I declined because I didn’t want to leave her in the chair alone while I got my hands done. Then when the woman doing my pedicure had to fix one of my nails (because I messed one up trying to get to my daughter when she was crying) she used a different shade on that entire foot. I noticed as I was getting my shoes on. I mentioned it and she said she’d fix it, but I already just wanted to be out of there, as this was not a good experience. So I left with two different colors on my feet, a little girl who didn’t get what she wanted, and I was still charged. The woman who scolded my daughter did apologize to me twice- I could tell she felt bad- but the experience was already ruined and my daughter was much more subdued after that. Kids have a hard time sitting still, they shouldn’t be shamed for it. I don’t want her first nail experience to be her last, so we will try elsewhere next time. (This was last night and already the polish on one finger is gone.)"
