TGI Fridays

"This location has gone downhill. The host was extremely rude. He tried to seat us at a dirty table. When I asked if the table could be wiped down he told us we would have to wait 15-20 minutes before he could seat us. He then proceeded to bring us back to the front of the restaurant instead of grabbing a rag and cleaning the table. While walking to the table I noticed multiple tables with dirty dishes. It was not busy during thw time we were there so this was confusing to me. Unfortunately it was getting late and we needed to eat so we stayed. Mike the server was good. He did his best despite being I think the only server on or possibly 1 of 2 servers on. The food was horrible and I almost ended up in the hospital because I made it clear I hhad a food allergy and I heard Mike make it clear to the kitchen yet they still sent out my food the wrong way. He went back & asked them to fix it the proper way and they refused. The manager never came over nor did they accommodate for the mistake. Mike kept apologizing but it wasn't his fault. The other food my party had was horrible. Most of it went uneaten because it was not made properly. Loaded potatoes only had cheese no bacon and tasted gritty powdery. Burger was severely overcooked and almost hard. Chicken sandwich was dry and no sauce on it as advertised. I will never return here again."

"Ordered a medium rare steak on Christmas Eve, and this is what I received. When calling they claimed that this was rare. This is raw. The manager is ignorant, rude, and disrespectful. Both the female, and the male. Instead of accepting responsibility. They tried to blame the customer. I have the order on the app, and it states medium rare. In what civilization is this even rare? I hope that they enjoy the DPH coming by due to this."

"Probably one of the best steaks I’ve has in awhile! Our waitress was attentive and nice. Will be coming back!"

"Very convenient place, if you're looking to grab something to eat, watch the games, small party, or have a nice cold one! MBTA friendly! The prices are fair, the food is good and so are the appetizers. They have very nice seating, most of the time you can walk in and have a seat at the bar without waiting to be seated. When it's prime time sports games live, you may run into some traffic, so get there early. If the staff makes a mistake with your order, they'll do everything to accommodate you. Overall, you'll have a good time."

"My son wanted to try TGI Fridays. So, we went for a late lunch. Our server was very sweet. The food came out in a timely manner. However, the food wasn't that good. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. The marinara sauce tasted like ketchup. The dish I got had too much oil to the point it was hard to eat. The dessert was good though"
