Panera Bread

"It’s amazing how Panera is worse than the hospital cafeteria. It is rather expensive, and the quality makes me think it’s all just frozen then microwaved as prep."

"Friends and I stopped by to grab a bite and witnessed a really beautiful moment! A child and their parent were in the store, and their Minnie balloon floated to the ceiling with no string attached. An employee named Victor tried to grab the balloon and when they couldn’t, Victor went to the back, grabbed a step stool and got the balloon down. Victor deserves some recognition! Maria gave us our food, 3 soups and sandwiches, and all were good."

"Setup as an auto kiosk now gives it the ambiance of a convenience store. Ordered a sandwich, bagel and a Pepsi for $18. I know Panera is more expensive than others but, I guess this has a premium because it’s in the hospital. They used to have seating but it looks like they lost that to the hospital. The bagel was okay, they’re smaller now. I couldn’t taste bacon on my sandwich but, saw it. The Diet Pepsi was flat out of the fountain. All-in-all it was edible but I spent 20 years in the Corps. So maybe I’m not the person that should be setting the bar. Panera can do better, or at least they used to…"

"I assume the place sucks during the morning & lunch rush. Came here when it was dead at 8pm. Pretty awesome its 24hr shop. Cheers!!!"

"Panera at Brigham always delivers a pleasant experience. I've never had an issue with the food or customer service. This is especially nice because I come overnights when service can be worse. Not here. It's always great."
