"I ordered a Greek salad. I forgot to tell them I wanted dressing on the side. I then spoke to the gentleman behind the counter to put my dressing on the side. However when I received it it looked dry on top, but the salad was wet on the bottom. I think what happened was that he used the same bowl and hid the dressing on the bottom where the sauce was. It was much too wet with dressing when I mixed it. I also asked for whole wheat bun, but they only had white bread. Very odd for a company that flaunts it health food. I will not be going back therd. Soup is loaded with salt. 1100 mg."

"I made sure to ask the cashier for fresh soup because this has happened at panera many times. From experience I can tell that this soup must have been sitting in the warmer for at least 3 hours, looks and tastes burned. Sad to throw out 3 large soups!"

"We have visited multiple Panera outlet and this one turned out to be worst experience. Both pizza and pasta were served cold. Both pizza was missing some toppings and stale. While these wasn’t enough, outlet didn’t had pepper, ketchup in stock."

"5.05.2021 update! The coffee dispensers are back!!!! This location is super close to where I live so love dropping by this location. The general Manger is on point and some of the draft like Carlos make this place THE location to drop by. When they're in position operations is smooth sailing and the line if any, moves very quickly. Once they're not here a lot of times the rest of the staff hides in the back and laughing playing on their phones or w.e. its kind of annoying. Honestly how is the front counter EVER VACANT? THAT LITERALLY IS THE POINT OF SALE??! Giving 5* because I like the general manger and does a good job when his in house. If I was coming here every once in awhile I'd prob give it a 2 or 3 for not paying attention to their customers."
