Now it takes about 1-1.5 hour to receive an order with 3 items which are not tasty as before. Customer service is bad, phone people are very rude and disrespectful. Delivery driver expect you to go to their cars to retrieve your order, completely wrong after being charged for "processing fee, delivery fee and also giving tip"."
