"After a disaster of an experience ordering delivery on Christmas day, we gave them another chance on an average Friday night. Our delivery time came and went, we called and the food was ready and sitting there getting cold… 45 minutes later the food still hadn’t left the restaurant (1.5 hrs after ordering). Staff on the phone was friendly but unhelpful, had to call back a third time to cancel the order and get a refund and the food was still sitting there. Who knows, maybe the food is good but good luck getting delivery."

"In the past when I got takeout here it was really good, some of the best Chinese food I’d had, but not this time. The chicken dish I ordered was so chewy and coated that I could barely tell it was chicken. It was supposed to be spicy but had no spice to it at all. I also ordered a vegetable dish that ended up coming with meat in it. The crab rangoons were still good, but I don’t think I’d come here again."

"I will never order from here again. I placed a holiday order online which I thought meant I’d pick up the order on Christmas Day. I got an email saying your order will be ready in an hour. I immediately called the restaurant and this lady answered and I told her about the mistake I made and could they move my order to the next day. I called them immediately so there is no way in hell they started cooking already. This lady put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. I called 4 times after that and no one answered. One time someone picked up and hung up on me. Then I got a call at 10pm while sleeping because I’m on call for the holidays by a manager telling me doc you know we’re short staffed just like you all are. Man get the entire heck outta here with this gaslighting. I told them I’d pick it up the next day which of course I wasn’t going to serve my guests stale food. I lost so almost $700 due to their incompetence and rude AF behavior. I will NEVER step foot in that establishment. Instead I ordered Christmas dinner from Sun Kong in Malden and the food was divine. It was my first time trying them and this will definitely be my new Christmas tradition. Everyone go try Sun Kong!!! Everything we ordered was to die for and way cheaper than the overcooked and overpriced food at Golden Temple"

"Ordered rice without pork. They sent it with pork. Tried to ask them to replace it or refund it. Lady was extremely rude and didn’t help. 2 orders of rice, to waste. Shady people. Can’t believe they screwed us like this. Never ever ordering again."

"Generously filled crab meat in crab Rangoon. I go to this place when i want to eat bland & healthy chinese food, ambiance is rich. Low on taste and seasoning. But a fine dine experience. Good for once in a while but not a tasty place. Service was good."
