"The rice is always undercooked and they really think it should be cooked like that. We got tomatoes and cucumbers (no other info on the menu), and it came filled with onions and parsley. We have allergy issues, this is unacceptable. The charred chicken was alright but really there are so many better restaurants. Don’t choose this place because it is “edgy”"

"There must be a new chef there or some revamp to the ingredients but I used to get the classic dig bowl often without issue but the last couple of times I ordered including tonight, there is cilantro or an ingredient with cilantro being put in my bowl- I have a cilantro allergy and get very ill when I eat this- it would be nice if it would be put on the list of ingredients to opt out of but this was never a problem in the past until now! Will not order again."

"2 People, 2 Bowls December 11, 3:10 PM Ordered in house If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Girlfriend and I are from out of town on a work trip and we heard great things about the food at DIG, pictures looked great and food was flavorful. However the 2 gentlemen who served us, working the line were extremely lacking in hospitality. No attempt to greet us as we entered and was almost reluctant to take our order when we stepped up to the counter. Short one worded answers is all we got when we had questions about the ingredients. Come time to put my order in, the man taking my order never asked “what could I get you” but gave a look and held up a bowl as to say, “what do I have to make you”. 0 communication between the staff members either, resulting in my order almost being rung up separately after I had said that my girlfriend and I are paying together. After paying, our food wasn’t handed to us or bagged but rather stacked up, unorganized on top of their receipt printer. As we left we noticed one of the cooks getting visibly agitated with an UberEats driver about “having to make” the food we was looking for. Our food was great, don’t get me wrong. However for the lack of hospitality and energy, I would find a better healthy fast-casual spot. Or at least go to a different DIG for that matter."

"I ordered Dig for a large event. Dig was great about letting me make adjustments to the order online until 2pm the day before. There is a lower price dig classic for people who want animal protein but this dig classic bowl is much heavier on rice than vegetables and chicken. I requested utensils. While the FAQ online as of March 2023 mentions napkins, there were no napkins with the utensils. I never received a full allergen list. The avocado lentils was delicious. The beet and goat cheese looked less appetizing and wasn’t as chosen but is also very good. Overall ingredients were fresh and the bowls had different textural elements. Note, if you order for catering you don’t receive dig points but this wasn’t listed anywhere on the website."

"I have eaten at multiple DIG joints and I really like the bowls- their carrots and veggies are nicely grilled. 3 star because the service was disappointing. It looked like the guy was doing us a favour. The bowl was smaller (half filled) than other places I have eaten. I had to ask three times for him to tell me what sauces do they have. I asked for salmon and he said wait is 5-7 min. I was ok with that. Then two servers asked me 3 times if I was sure I wanted to wait. It seemed like they were in a rush to get done with my order. Not a good experience"
