"Went to wilmington location on 1-27-24 and honestly had such a terrible experience. My boyfriend ordered a tall hot coffee and was told by a male worker in an extremely annoyed tone it wpuld take 5 mins to brew a new coffee or would he rather a different coffee. And then our coffees were placed on the table to grab and they didnt say his name which is fine they were obviously busy but my boyfriends cup didnt have a name on it or what kind of coffee it was so we asked if it was a tall pike and the girl nodded her head yess extremely annoyed and looked at her other co worker and started laughing right in our face… wasnt sure what that was about. Very rude. Ive worked in the food industry so i understand it gets overwhelming but no need to be so rude"

"Was just at this location and the nicest girl with black pigtail braids and a bow helped us out. She was so sweet in letting us know where our order was in line (it was busy inside) and was the nicest person I’ve ever met! Would recommend this location over every other one I’ve been too"

"the guy that was taking my order was extremely rude he would NOT let my finish talking before he would rudely say anything else and would not stop rolling his eyes and when i was trying to pay he would hit the scanner to me and was mad that i didn’t t know what to do and also was upset of the fact that i wanted to use a gift card and cash he was were an ugly hat it looked like a train conductor hat and he was wearing a black and red ombré shirt we came in around 2:30 ish on December 26 2023 and it was not busy at all the service was terrible i was mad and upset of the whole situation"

"Everyone here is super friendly, but I must give a shout out to Anderson and the Asian woman (I wish I knew her name) who truly make my day whenever I go. I know how tough the service industry can be and they truly are so friendly and are always in the best of spirits."
