"One word- horrible. Manager Monica is a complete joke of a manager. They made a coffee wrong last night. I did my due diligence and called them ahead and was told to come in and they would remake it. When I arrived the manager harassed me for a receipt or the coffee itself. I said ma'am I threw it out and your employee didn't tell me to bring any of that, otherwise I would have. I drove out here and you're going to pull this on me over a 3 dollar coffee are you serious? When asking for a district manager contact info she gave it to me all cocky and confident like she's resistant from any possible action that her management may take on her for behaving like this. Anyhow, don't go to this location it is a joke and the chaos in there is proof of that."

Since I start to order, they never stop chatting each other and I have to wait for it , even in the middle of order, she still can not stop!
