"I absolutely am obsessed with their in house, homemade mozzarella. (My son is always craving their frozen pizza they man and it always comes out amazing.) It melts like a dream. It is amazing in any salad, but you can eat it like an apple as well. I always buy it in multiples. I was told it is a family recipe. I haven't had a fresh mozzarella that can top theirs yet."
