Line I get to the window and pay and notice they have 2 large ice coffees with mocha waiting and I point it out. The poor window guy tur s and ask the manager and she said that they where lattes and it ored that, I the customer who has been drinking the same order for 12 years and know what it's supposed to look like before I even taste it, said. I want my money back bit they won't pick up the phone."
