"Buyer beware!! Horrible service, my treatment was interrupted by every phone call and customer that walked in, despite another worker who was just sitting without a client. I asked for the more expensive pedicure which was supposed to be additional massage but received no additional minutes. I asked him not to be so rough but to no avail. When I asked to sit on the pedicure chair for nails to set a bit before walking over to drying station he said no and would fix it. Worst pedicure ever and rudest nail tech!"
"I really enjoy having a manicure and pedicure from this local gemstone. The nail technicians are talented and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit."
"I went here about a year ago and had a fine experience but it seems like they’ve changed ownership since then, now the sign outside says Noho Nails. So I came here on my birthday hoping to relax. First thing I noticed was that their polish selection was really limited and all the bottles looked very old. I thought “okay, last time I got gel so maybe I didn’t notice this then.” Pedicure was fine but a bit rough/overly painful, but I figured that was normal because I hadn’t had one in a long time. I realized later that the polish on my toes is super uneven, but otherwise it was fine. There were lots of seemingly regular customers there, so I thought maybe it’s not that bad. The manicure though was a really bad experience. The nail tech cut my cuticles and made me bleed on 4 different fingers. She only acknowledged and put some kind of disinfecting liquid on 2 of them, the other two she just let bleed. I am still in pain a day later. The polish on my fingers is super messy and uneven (see photos). I saw the nail tech add some clear liquid to the polish bottle, not sure if this was water or if that’s industry standard. When I went to the back to sit and let my nails dry, I realized that the place was really unsettlingly unkempt: there were ripped magazines and discarded toe separators under the table, old disposable flip flops and toe separators stuffed into a pocket in the the table, several empty and half empty disposable water bottles stuffed beside their towel warmer, and a trash can near a manicure station that was overflowing. When I removed my toe separators, I realized they had someone else’s polish color on them, meaning they had been used on someone else’s foot before. Obviously I will not be returning."
