"I only gave this place one star because I couldn’t rate zero. I went there and the manager took my order he was very rude and he threw my food down to rush to assist other customers. I had to call for him to finish my iced coffee by adding whip cream and caramel drizzle, even then he did not add any caramel drizzle just the whip cream. The coffee tasted horrible and the service was a horrible experience. To add this was not my first interaction with him and it had always been the same. He does not need to be dealing with customers. Things were much better during the summer when the line people would sometimes be up front along with seasonal workers. My advice get rid of that manager upfront please."

"Nice little Dunkin' outlet inside a gas station. Was staffed by a nice old lady. Got a latte and a plain coffee and no complaints about the service. Don't forget to leave some tip in the glass jar near the register for the nice old lady."
