"We needed a break from lobster and seafood and went to Southside Cantina last night for dinner, and it was incredible. We had Tacos which were amazing (2 was plenty for my wife!) burritos which were incredible, and sizzling fajitas which tasted great. I got to talk to one of the owners as we walked out and he was super friendly, and explained that they make everything from scratch there, nothing comes out of a can, including grinding their own spices. He also said his brother owns the BBQ place across the street which is how they have amazing smoked meats on the menu as well as part of the mexican meal. This was such a wonderful hidden gem, I highly recommend checking it out. The cantina atmosphere is informal and kid-friendly, but the food could be the star of a much pricier restaurant."

"Went to Southside Cantina for the first time today and was greeted by the nicest server, Sammi! She helped us navigate the menu to get a better deal, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious! We had a house margarita, street corn, 1 carne asada & 1 shrimp street taco, and a brisket burrito. All of which we’d order again! Sammi’s warm, friendly personality was the best part for my daughter and I! We enjoyed our first time and can’t wait to stop back in next Summer."

"The Mexican street corn was So Delicious!!! I wish they would have had dessert...a churro would have been nice to end my meal with...and I'm sorry I'm just not a fan of having to sit & listen to karaoke while dining...but otherwise great service & the food was tasty!"
