"Always quick, professional and give you what you ask for every time! I did the above post 6 months ago. I have to update it with my most recent experience 4 days ago. I don't want to punish the whole shop when it is only one tech I've had issues with. I've had her a couple times and it was the only times I was disappointed. She didn't listen to what I asked for, her nail filing is sub-par as most are crooked or have a straight edge when i asked for round, her ANC comes out smudged or clumpy in areas. Overall my nails don't match each other. This time she didn't do the Thin white French tip with a ring finger design like I asked for and 4 nails are already chipped. When you catch her mistakes she says it's okay instead of fixing. Most eager for a tip when her work didn't call for one. Like I said I don't want to punish the shop as MIA is their absolute best tech! Don't ask for or accept Lina she is the worst."

"I got my nails done and I had a horrible experience. I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment and as I’m searching for a color, another person walks in behind me and gets taken care of before me. I end up waiting 50 minutes before they start to do my nails. As I’m getting my nails done, they didn’t do what I asked. I asked for short-medium almond nails and I have very short and lopsided nails. Every single one looks wrong. They were so rough on my nails that I was bleeding on half my fingers. I do not recommend."

"I LOVED my time here! Staff was so nice and accommodating. Tracy did a lovey job on my nails and was communicating with me throughout the process. She did a great job with what I asked for and was careful yet efficient! This was my first time here and I will for sure be coming back :)"

"Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was rude and pushy the minute I walked in the door. I had ANC nails on when I arrived that needed to be soaked off. I chose two colors of ANC and gave them to the girl. They brought me back and sat me at a station and put my hands in some sort of electric box filled with bubbling acetone. The girl next to me was complaining she didn’t want to use it and that it hurt. I quickly found out what she was talking about. They had us soaking our nails in a nail tools sanitizer machine to try and speed up the process. My fingers have blistered burns on them. After soaking I went to another station with a different technician who proceeded to get angry when I told her I wanted both colors. She decided to do all one color and then rub some type of sparkle over the nails I wanted in the shimmer color which was honestly fine except she did not coat my entire nail. The nails were bubbled and rough and several broke after just a few days. While using the Dremel tool she buzzed my cuticles off on multiple fingers and left me bleeding. All around an awful experience from start to finish and I will never go back there."
