I got one call back and never received the info necessary to make any decision. As a professional pet care person, my top priority is communication with my clients, or potential ones. Terrible communication, and went to Rover instead. I understand cats may not be your priority, but then at least answer and tell me that. This after I went in physically - to talk with them. Just awful as far as my experience went."
