"I live less than 5 minutes away, yet I only go here on an emergency basis... Generous 3 stars because they are always available... BUT BLACK WOMEN BEWARE, EXPECT LESSER QUALITY SERVICE. No rudeness or any mean racism.. just less effort and attention to detail. I got a full acrylic French set today. The tech used white tips, which I thought would give a more crisp result. But not so. He didn't fully remove the clear chrome I had on my nails, so it is visible on some nails. Also, he didn't let me go wash my hands after all the filing and drilling, and so there is a lot of dust and bubbles. $55 Took a little less than an hour."

"If you make an appointment and show up on time- you can expect to wait another 20-30 minutes before you're seen and may even have some walk ins be serviced before you! They also take over an hour to do ANC nails. If you're an extremely patient person, this is probably the place for you. If you want your appointment time respected and your nails done in under an hour, I recommend Venus Nail Salon(just down the road)."

"I paid extra for a pedicure with a foot sugar scrub. The male technique lazily rubbed my legs for the massage and did not moisturize or massage my feet once. I asked him why? He said it would mess up my nail polish (makes no sense when you can use alcohol to clean the nail before painting) I then watched him massage another ladies legs and feet after for her pedicure. I wonder if it was because she was not brown like me? My first and last time going there. I left highly upset I was looking forward to a foot massage with my pedicure. I’m a nurse and I work long hours my feet were tired!"
