"Customer service is almost nonexistent, except for the shorter older woman that’s usually at the register, she’s very sweet. The teenagers (majority of the employees) make you feel uncomfortable when you walk in, do not greet you and are pretty rude. Smoothies are hit and miss at this location. Almost half the time they taste like blended ice and the other half of the time they’re delicious. Thumbs up today thankfully! Depends on the employee I guess."

"Went in with the T-Mobile coupon last night, 30 minutes prior to closing. The girl manning the register was not happy to see me. She repaid me by making the blandest tasting 24oz "smoothie" - the thing tasted worse than any dollar slushie you could get at 7-Eleven, a watery embarrassment of a drink. It's pathetic when people hate their job this much. I can only hope their regular smoothies are better than this, but I won't be back to find out."

"We love coming to Tropical Smoothie for the Açaí Berry Boost smoothie. Its one of our favorite smoothies anywhere we go! We decide to get lunch this time at our visit on Cape Cod and were so disappointed we decided to do so. I ordered the Avocado Grilled cheese on Sourdough bread. comes with tomato, avocado, various cheeses and attached is a photo of what it looked like when I opened my take out package… It is completely smushed, the bread feels stale, there’s no tomato inside and the avocado doesn’t even look like real avocado. Not sure if this is how they usually come or if this was a mistake but we called 4-5 times to ask for a refund and the phone was never answered only left to ring. Would have gone back in had we not left to head back home!"

"I ordered a veggie hummus wrap and the blueberry bliss smoothie for delivery. When my food arrived the man had forgotten my smoothie. My wrap, ends being the Buffalo chicken wrap. I don't eat meat, I am vegetarian. The food will make me sick. I called the restaurant to say a mistake was made. I had to call 4 times until someone answered and then hung up, then I called back immediately. I explained my situation. The worker was short with me but did apologize and then blamed the doordash person for forgetting the smoothie which honestly I do not care about. I care that they gave me the incorrect order. I was told they would correct the situation and deliver the correct food. That was 2 hours ago and no one has contacted me. I am working and couldn't physically go in, to correct it."

"Just visited, it's my first time and I already love this place. This will be my regular place from now on. The food is fresh and delicious, the staff were very nice and friendly. I started to diet so it's nice that the menu has the amount of calories for each food, and drinks. I recommend this place for anyone trying to eat healthier and fresh."
