"Extremely rude employees. Especially whoever works in the afternoons/evenings. Lukewarm food. Employees usually don’t even say a word to you or make eye contact with you. No concept of customer service"

"Until today I have been coming to this store daily. This is not the first time but I try to have compassion and understanding because fast food and customer service is not easy. However it is never an excuse to treat your customers in the way the disgusting human being of a manager does & I am no longer confused as to why the majority of her staff operate and communicate the way they do. The car in front of me drove off without picking up their order which I stated to the cashier so she knew that the order presented as next was not mine. She was doing the best she could and the manager then argues with me that the coffee was mine and while trying to explain that it was a medium I ordered a large she continued to tell me that the medium was mine and that she even repeated the order to me which in fact was NOT true another employee was still making my drink clearly typed on the label the exact ingredients in my coffee so NO that medium coffee was not mine and in-fact you did not repeat that coffee to me you heard my order and typed it correctly BUT was so insistent that you weren’t human and made a mistake and persistently raised your voice and continued to badger your customer. It was a disgusting representation for your franchise and I feel sorry for any people that have to work under that supervision and for Dunkin’ Donuts you should be ashamed of yourself allowing someone as such to be the representative for your store. For added measure when I drove away she yelled vulgarities out the window I went in and asked for corporates number never have I called a customer complaint number in all my years of consumerism. And her personal hygiene was disgraceful uniform filthy with an attitude to match."

"The 2 women working were so rude to the older customers because they the workers weren't listening to them. I went to take a sip of my coffee ( btw I asked for liquid sugar) and I got a big mouthful of sugar. It was horrible. It was supposed to be a hot latte, and it was just as cold as my husband iced coffee."

"I’ve worked all over the cape and this is the absolute best Dunks around. Especially for rush hour in the morning. The drive through line moves very fast and the food / drinks are always good. So much better than any other dunks around. And when I’m not near by I go out of my way to come to this location."

"The person taking the order was subpar. We ordered an iced coffee with caramel and a caramel macchiato. As you can see, we received 2 iced coffees. We ordered 2 vanilla dip donuts and received 2 vanilla cream donuts. I will say, the person at the register - Shannon, was very helpful and wanted to make things right. But it’s hectic to do so in a drive through with such a long line that did move very quickly."
