"We were very disappointed. The buffet was practically empty. No duck, no polenta, no pork, no fish of any kind, no shrimp, nothing that is listed and shown in the pictures on their website. I've had Portuguese food and there was nothing in the buffet that resembled Portuguese cuisine. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant!!!"

"My daughter, son in law and I went on tuesday evening and loved it. The food was great and plentiful. We got three different dinners - cod, paella and pork - and went home with plenty of leftovers. Celia, with her husband, daughter and brother, create such an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Additional plus is that it is BYO and there is a great liquor store right next to it. With easy parking, some outdoor seating and sparkling clean and fun decor, Falmouth is so lucky to have such a wonderful place with an important cuisine from our area. I will support them often."

"New to East Falmouth, this Portuguese eatery caught our eye despite having a limited number of reviews. It's a low-key spot, set up like a deli featuring a lunch buffet, pastries, desserts, and savory snacks like pastels. The displays have stuff during the day, but options dwindle by evening. The ambiance is ultra-casual, with deli-style formica tables making you feel like you're in a quick-service restaurant. The owners are a Portuguese-Brazilian couple, with the wife's Portuguese uncle in the kitchen. Although they don't serve alcohol, feel free to bring your own from the liquor store next door. Service comes courtesy of their teenage daughter, who's new to the job and quite shy. Patience is key here; it's not a fast-food joint. The dishes we tried were flavorful but be prepared for a staggered meal--dishes arrive 10-15 minutes apart. They were out of a couple of staples like kale soup, but overall, it's a welcome change from the typical seafood spots in the area. Go, but don't be in a hurry. It's a peaceful spot; we were one of just two couples dining."
