"Jaime and her team are awesome. Their location behind Roche Bros is brand new! Find them in the gorgeous red building. Their spot is super clean and spacious. If you haven’t gone in to start of your new year right, this is the place to go. It’s all about good health, awesome ice teas and smoothies. I love to get collagen in my tea. Can’t get enough of it. And I love the Peanut Butter Ice Coffee. She even has a kids drink menu and kids LOVE them. It’s a great spot to stop in on the way to and from work or pop in with your family. I love supporting local business and especially wonderful ones like Balance Nutrition. Oh and they also do Wellness Weds. we’re you can check them out and other small local businesses at their shop."
