"FILTHY!! They ought to be ASHAMED!!! Ran by teens!! Trash overflowing, tables not clean, floor disgusting!! Wonder what the kitchen looks like. Cold food!! Ordered strips and fries only to be disappointed and robbed (prices are far too high!!) Wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL!!!"

"Service is great & obviously a focus for staff. Ofc the food is solid, ( little bit overrated, imo) but taste doesn't supplement undersized portions, so often leave unsatisfied (i.e. still hungry) or stepping back in line & spending more.."

"I went to Plymouth, MA location on October 5th at around 5:15pm. Placed an order for a Cobb Salad with extra ranch lime dressing, A chic fil a nugget meal 8ct w/fries, and a kids nugget meal 5ct w/fries. I requested extra ketchup and sweet & spicy siracha sauce along with my extra dressing for the salad. When I received my food at I immediately noticed there was no ketchup and sweet & spicy siracha, I asked the person at the window if i can get the sauces at had ordered to go along with my food, with a slight attitude he gave me one ketchup and one sweet & spicy siracha, I asked for more as that is not enough for both meals and I asked for my salad dressing as well. He gave me more sauces and assured me that my salad dressing was in the bag I just could not see it cause it was at the bottom. When i got home there was no salad dressing or crispy dried tomatoes in my bag for my salad at all. I could not even enjoy my salad as I had to eat it dry. This is was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at chic-fil-a, from the customer service not being up to par and missing the key factors that make my food delicious. Please let your employees know that the sauces and salad are dressing are key factors of eating this food don't forget to put them in bags!!! Sincerely, A Disgruntled Customer!"

"The food is great. Most of the people are friendly. Sometimes the service is a little does coordinated. but there was this one lady who took our order you could tell she sounded a little bit older over the speaker. we had to repeat everything at least twice. somehow she perceived my very masculine boyfriends name to be “Lauren” (it’s Cory) and gave us a mac and cheese instead of one of large fries because he asked for cheese on his sandwich. i noticed and we asked for a refund on the mac and cheese and our large fry. the manager asked the woman that took our order if she read us back the order and she said “yes! especially them.” and then glared at us. worst attitude i’ve seen in a Chick-fil-A employee ever. worst part is they couldn’t even take back the mac and cheese so that goes to waste now."
