"This place has a REAL Caribbean vibe. No fake palm trees, but a real warm and friendliness that makes you think you are in Jamaica, the Virgin Islands, or the Caymans! Ian makes you feel relaxed and welcome right away, and yes "Ian's rum punch" is as good as he says it is. The "Manish water" aka goat soup and the beef and pumpkin soup were the perfect starters for a cold day and the goat curry was a true Caribbean dish. The pulled pork sandwich was more American style but still good. Order a side of the rice and beans - pure Caribbean comfort food."

"Ever since the renovation, the drive thru layout is an absolute nightmare and poorly labeled on where to enter, you now need to continue straight instead of driving in the more logical direction of the starbucks. Poor decision by management having the voice box where it is to order. I changed my morning commute stop over this new design. There are more methodically layed out Starbucks drive thrus in the area."

"Since the remodel, it is no longer a cafe. It is mostly just a drive-through and mobile order pickup place. I will not be going back. Why would you remodel the place and make it less social? Starbucks is losing its place as a meeting spot. This is not a good sign."

"This has nothing to do with the service or coffee, but more about the atmosphere. Prior to the renovation, it was inviting and you could find people working or sitting together enjoying their coffee. After the renovation, they should have just made this a drive-thru only location. The vibe is get your coffee & GTFO. Really disappointing for someone that likes to get out of the house and work from different cafes every now and then."
