I waited for a while for the person to come to the register. The two women working looked at me several times and just kept walking without even acknowledging that I was standing there. I ended up leaving."

"I had a disappointing experience with the manger at this location today. Besides her unfriendly manner at the drive through, I had a $1 reward for an item on my app which she insisted was not correct even though I showed her the promo. I didn’t make a big deal of it and paid the full amount because I could see she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Then as she was giving me my change the dollar bills flew out the drive thru window into the pouring rain. She never apologized as she basically threw them at me and just ignored the entire situation, never even making eye contact. Poor management and customer service."
